Customized Order & Printing Services
All custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes invitations, printed materials, and any items with custom text, colors, or design elements.
Returns & Exchanges ( Non-Customize Items )
For non-custom items such as envelopes, if you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For exchange requests, return shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
