Order Minimums

Customized and printed orders require a minimum of 15 sets per transaction.
 

Payments

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm your order. Full payment must be settled before shipping. Accepted payment methods include bank deposit or transfer.
 

Proofing & Printing

Digital proofs will be provided for customized orders for review and approval. Please note that screen colors may differ slightly from final prints due to monitor variations.
 

For printing-only services, all submitted files are considered final and print-ready.

Errors & Omissions

Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs for accuracy, including spelling and punctuation. Approved designs are considered accurate. If errors are found after production and printing, the cost of a reprint or replacement is the client’s responsibility.
 

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our work, returns and refunds are not accepted. If an error is made on our part, we will do our best to resolve the issue. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control.

Timeline

Production begins upon receipt of down payment.

Lead times: 

Custom orders minimum 7 business days 

Printing-only: 5–7 business days

Please provide complete details within 2–3 days of placing your order. Delays in submission may extend the production timeline. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing them as early as possible.

Shipping

Shipping and handling are billed separately. Fees are the client’s responsibility. We provide estimates based only on experience.

Design Rights

All design work remains the intellectual property of Raggle-taggle Digital Printing Shop, unless otherwise agreed. Client-submitted files used for printing are excluded.

Portfolio Use

Finished designs may be featured in our portfolio or promotional materials. Personal information—such as phone numbers and bank QR codes—will be either concealed or replaced with our own business details.

For printing-only services, we will only post work if permitted by the client.
