To place an order, simply message us with your design, quantity, preferences, and any other relevant details.

Once we receive your message, we’ll confirm availability, provide a quotation, and guide you through the next steps.

We specialize in personalized event essentials including:

Yes, we do! You're welcome to submit your ready-to-print design, and we’ll handle the production for you.

 

Please note that all submitted files are considered final and print-ready, so kindly double-check your layout, spelling, and formatting before submission.

 

We accept files in JPEG, PNG, and PDF formats. Canva links are also welcome.

Standard prints are produced on specialty matte board, available in white or ivory (270 GSM). Other finishes and textures may be available upon request.

Our envelopes are sold separately, and you’re welcome to browse our envelope collection to match your theme. We also offer standard invitation packagesthat include envelopes, please refer to our Pricing Guide for full details.

Our packages include standard invitation sizes, thoughtfully designed for convenience and compatibility. However, we also offer custom sizing upon request to suit your specific needs.

Production takes a minimum of 5 working days, depending on order size and design complexity. 

Rush services may be available depending on order volume and design complexity. Please contact us early to check availability.

Yes, we can send a digital proof for review. Physical samples may be available by request, additional fees may apply. For printing-only services, all submitted files are considered final and print-ready.

We accept bank transfers and select online payment platforms.

We offer delivery via courier and select pickup options. Shipping fees vary depending on location and order size.
